Mazna Croatia manages the following projects:
• Zadar – a commercial center of 3.000 m2 with McDonald’s and Konzum being the centers anchor tenants.
• Oranice – a development of over 400 apartments in the western part of Zagreb
• Savska 127 – a development of ca. 10.000 m2 in the center of Zagreb
• Samobor – a 10,000 m2 apartment development.
Marčelo Krečić and his team, along with expert consultants and officials from the relevant authorities, are working together to manage the development of these projects.
